Timothy Z. Mosley aka Timbaland, the award-winning record producer, composer, rapper, and singer, has married his longtime girlfriend and mother of his baby girl Reign, publicist Monique Idlett. Idlett works at Timbaland's Mosley Music Group record company and the two have already married on June 10, 2008 in a civil ceremony resided by a family pastor in Virginia Beach.
This second wedding focused on lavishness, with a ceremony attended by hundreds of guests, including many A-list music artists such as Missy Elliott, Keri Hilson, Jordin Sparks, Solange, Omarion and Ginuwine, among others. They joined the couple at Aruba's Renaissance Resort and Casino, People reports.
The 36-year-old music producer reportedly proposed at the couple's baby shower in October last year. This is the first marriage both for him and Idlett.
Timbaland has been enjoying massive success over the last couple of years, after producing albums such as Nelly Furtado’s “Loose” and friend Justin Timberlake’s “FutureSex/LoveSounds.” He also helped produce Madonna’s last album, Hard Candy.
Songs such as Nelly Furtado’s “Promiscuous,” “Maneater,” “All Good Things (Come to an End)” and “Say It Right,” The Pussycat Dolls’ “Wait A Minute” and Justin Timberlake’s “SexyBack,” “My Love” and “What Goes Around.../...Comes Around Interlude” all benefited from Timbaland’s creative input.
