The cast of Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling has been released.
The list of participants includes Danny Bonaduce (The Partridge Family), former basketball bad-boy star Dennis Rodman (who costarred with Hogan in WCW), Dustin Diamond (Screech for Saved by the Bell), Todd Bridges (Diff'rent Strokes), boxer and MMA fighter ButterBean, reality TV queen Trishelle Cannatella, Erin Murphy, musical mastermind Frank Stallone, 80s pop star Tiffany and Playboy playmate Nikki Ziering.
It seems that Trishelle Cannatella attempts to set a record for the biggest amount of these types of shows she can appear on. Before Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling, she stared in her Real World: Las Vegas debut, she also appeared in The Surreal Life, The Real World/Road Rules Challenge, Kill Reality, Fear Factor, Dr. Steve-O, and the reunion season for her Real World cast.
Professional wrestling manager, executive, composer, and musician Jimmy Hart also reportedly joined the cast of the wrestling show, the Hollywood Reporter wrote. However, he won’t wrestle the other participants. Hart will be the third judge, alongside Hogan – real name Terry Gene Bollea - and Eric Bischoff, mostly known for serving as President of World Championship Wrestling (WCW).
The roles of the coaches will be taken by former pro wrestlers Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake and Brian Knobbs.
The celebrities who joined the cast of the show will have to face challenges such as "mastering complex wrestling moves, talking trash and working a live audience."
The series starts on CMT this fall.
