According to several reports from prominent entertainment news sources, Charlie Sheen got married with his lover Brooke Mueller on Friday evening during a private ceremony. The wedding was confirmed by publicist Stan Rosenfield to the AP. The couple were already engaged since June 2007.
OK reports that Sheen's dad Martin was present, as well as actress Holland Taylor, Grey’s Anatomy's Eric Dane, among other stars. The 30-year-old real estate investor Brooke Mueller donned a simple ivory gown for the occasion. They wrote their own vows and had no bridesmaids or groomsmen. The wedding ceremony was presided by a pal of Sheen's who is an ordained minister.
Expectedly, his former wife Denise Richards was not among the around 60 friends and family at the wedding, but their two daughters were present, together with Sheen's 23-year-old daughter Cassandra. The latest spat between the former spouses is the inclusion of their young daughters, aged 4 and 3, in Richards’ upcoming reality show. Although the two have gotten divorced two years ago, they are still firing bitter words at each other every chance they get.
The Two and a Half Men star was also previously married to model Donna Peele for less than a year. His daughter Cassandra, born when he was 20, is from neither of his two previous marriages, but instead is the daughter of former girlfriend Paula Profit. Sheen was born Carlos Irwin Estévez, the son of actor Martin Sheen whose real name is Ramón Estévez.
Spitzer's favorite hooker Alexandra Dupre also did Charlie Sheen with another prostitute when she was 19, ShowBizspy.com reported earlier this year. Apparently Dupre was already a prostitute in her teens and worked for infamous pimp Jason Itzler, who was jailed in 2006 after pleading guilty to running the $25,000-a-night prostitution ring. Sheen denied the claims. He is also listed on Hollywood Madam Heidi Fleiss's list of her most frequent customers. Allegedly, Sheen hired frequently highly compensated call girls from escort agencies.
