Lindsay Lohan has been accused by yet another woman of stealing her clothes, just days after a New York student demanded over $10,000 in order to retrieve a fur coat that Lohan reportedly took from during a private party.
Turns out Lohan has a habit of picking up clothes that don't really belong to her, without paying or giving anything in return. Model Lauren Hastings insists that the actress lifted thousands of dollars worth of items from her closet, Inside Edition reports.
"Basically, I have two closets, a lot of the stuff was missing out of one and the next closet was almost completely empty," Hastings can be heard saying in a video featured on buzznet.com, adding that her things were nowhere to be found after an unauthorized late-night party tossed by a person who was supposedly taking care of her house.
With five witnesses to back her up, the 23-year-old model says they all saw Lohan handing a bag of clothes to her bodyguard while in her closet.
However, Lohan's rep denied the model's claims in a email to People.com, insisting that "it's not what it seems."
Earlier this week, a Columbia University student said her $12,000 blond mink coat went missing during a private party at a downtown New York night spot, and shortly after, Lohan was spotted wearing a similarly looking fur coat.
"The pictures speak for themselves," said Merrill Cohen, the attorney for the fur's owner, Masha Markova, a 22-year-old art history and philosophy major. "They make it seem clear that wrongdoing took place."
Some of the pictures in which Lohan appears wearing the coat were reportedly taken on the night of the party. Lohan's rep once again rejected the claims, saying the starlet was innocent.
In the meantime, Markova got her coat back, but she is now seeking remuneration for the three weeks the coat went missing.
