New “Indiana Jones” Gets Its Second Trailer
Just 18 days ahead the official premier, Paramount Pictures has released the second trailer of the long awaited “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”.

The new trailer was screened in the theaters in front of “Iron Man” and it’s now available online.

The trailer does not reveal too much about the plot, besides what we’ve learned so far. The story revolves around a pre-existing myth; this one involves 13 skulls carved from crystal quartz, hidden all over the world and thought to possess mystical powers.

Indiana Jones is engaged in a race against Soviet agents to find the mystical Crystal Skull.

However, the trailer features some action-packed scenes, where Harrison Ford and Shia LaBeouf can be seen together.

The movies is slated for May 22, nearly 19 years after the third installment, 1989’s “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.”

The first installment of Indiana Jones was released in 1981. Speaking about “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”, Harrison Ford has jokingly commented that he is not sure whether the leather pants still fit him, but the hat certainly will, he promised.

Shia LaBeouf, Cate Blanchett, Ray Winstone, John Hurt and Jim Broadbent will join Harrison Ford in his latest adventures.

Karen Allen returns as Marion Ravenwood, Indy’s love interest and ally in 1981’s “Raiders of the Lost Ark.” Sean Connery has refused to reprise his role as Indy’s father in the fourth installment. Steven Spielberg and producer George Lucas have been especially secretive about the film’s details.

The "Indiana Jones" films have grossed more than $US1.18 billion ($1.5 billion) worldwide since the first movie in the trilogy, "Raiders of the Lost Ark," opened in 1981.
