Tom Cruise’s lawyer attacked the unauthorized biography by Andrew Morton in which the author claims that Suri was somehow conceived by Scientologist founder L. Ron Hubbard.
"Tom Cruise, An Unauthorized Biography," written by British author Andrew Morton will appear in the U.S this month. Morton is known for the 1992 biography of Princess Diana which was a top selling book.
According to his book, Cruise should be the second leader in

Morton goes on saying: "In her more reflective moments, Katie might have felt as if she were in the middle of a real-life version of the horror movie 'Rosemary's Baby,' in which an unsuspecting young woman is impregnated with the Devil's child," he writes.
Due to these claims Cruise’s lawyer, Bert Fields, lashed out to the author and said: “His book is a rehash of tired old lies about Tom and his religion, some new grotesque lies, like the sick comparison of his child to 'Rosemary's Baby' and the nutty assertion that he's the No. 2 head of the Church of Scientology," Reuters quotes.
He added that the claims he made is the book are false and it can be proved.
The
Elliot Abelson, a top Scientology lawyer, said: "I underestimated how bad it would be. There will be a huge swell of resentment that this book even came out."
Fields also accused the claims brought by Morton regarding Cruise’s ex-wife Nicole Kidman.
Morton says that Kidman, fearing that she would be blackmailed by old tapes in which she talks about her sex life or with the fact that she could never see her adoptive children if she would speak against the Church of Scientology after their divorce.
There are even claims that because Kidman never embraced Scientology, the church pushed for the couple to get a divorce.
Fields commented upon this saying: “The man should be ashamed of himself and so should his publisher. He pretends to be writing a biography without ever talking to anybody who has really known Tom for the past 30 years.”
