Rebecca De Mornay Charged for Two Counts of DUI

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's charged on Thursday the 48-year-old actress, Rebecca De Mornay, for two counts of driving under the influence due to her arrest on October 31.

According to police, De Mornay was pulled over around 10:30 p.m. on Sunset Blvd for traffic violation.

When she was stopped police detected “an odor of alcoholic beverages.”

She was put to sobriety tests that she failed. De Mornay’s blood alcohol level was above the legal limit, at .09, TMZ.com said.

During her arrest, she was very cooperative.

She was arrested and released after posting a $5,000 bail.

On Monday de Mornay is scheduled to be arraigned in court, but it isn’t necessary for her to appear. If she will be convicted she will receive six months in jail and a fine of $1,000.

Roles like the ones in "Risky Business," where she starred opposite Tom Cruise, "The Three Musketeers" and "The Hand that Rocks the Cradle,” made her famous.

She recently starred in the HBO drama”John from Cincinnati" and the films "Lords of Dogtown" and "Wedding Crashers."
