Sex and the City Movie Reveals Some Teasers
Shooting for the very much anticipated "Sex and the City Movie" has already started and teasing pictures from the set featuring Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie Bradshaw) and Chris Noth (Mr Big) already surfaced online.

Production for film seems to have picked up where the series left three years ago and from what one can tell from the pictures, Parker and Noth smooching sure looks promising. Speculation over the script is rife, with the New York Post reporting that Big will propose to Carrie with a "big, original" ring.

Aside from the other three ladies Kim Cattrall (Samantha Jones), Kristin Davis (Charlotte York) and Cynthia Nixon (Miranda Hobbes) who are also getting ready to start filming,  "American Idol" alum and Oscar-winner Jennifer Hudson signed to play Carrie's new personal assistant.

Samantha and Miranda’s significant others from the series, Jason Lewis (Smith Jerrod) and David Eigenberg (Steve Brady) were recently announced to star in the movie.

Michael Patrick King, who exec produced the show for years, is directing the movie based on his own script. The movie is scheduled for a May 2008 release, New Line said in a press release.

Following the series’ success, which aired on HBO for six seasons, a big screen production was bond to happen sooner or later, in this case later due to Kim Cattrall’s money demands.

"It was never going to be made without all four girls - it just couldn't have been," a source working on the film was quoted by New York Post as saying. "Kim wanted more money and in the end, everyone came to an agreement."
