Tobey Maguire and fiancée Jennifer Meyer married this Monday in Hawaii, during a small intimate ceremony.

The Hollywood actor and the jewelry designer met on the set of Tobey’s 2003 movie “Seabiscuit.” They have a daughter together, born some 10 months ago, whom the proud parents named Ruby Sweetheart Maguire.

A representative for Tobey Maguire confirmed the couple’s marriage to Access Hollywood today.

After being engaged for over a year, Tobey and Jennifer said their I Do’s Monday evening, in a sunset ceremony in Kona, Hawaii, according to People magazine’s web site.

Present were a small group of friends and family members. Among the guests were actors Lukas Haas and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Tobey, 32, became a star with the “Spider-Man” series, in which he plays Peter Parker/ Spider-Man. Jennifer, 30, the favorite of many celebrities when it comes to jewelry, is the daughter of Ron Meyer, President and COO of Universal Studios.

Their daughter, whose middle name reportedly comes from a term of endearment Jennifer’s grandmother called her when she was a little girl and who passed away shortly before Ruby’s birth, came into the world on Nov. 11, 2006.

Tobey has been, like many a new dad, emotional in his talk about being a father, saying he “loves being a dad.”

In late 2006, Jennifer sounded like she could not believe how good her life was. “Let's just say this is truly the best time of my life,” she told USA Today at the time. “I'm walking on air. I'm getting married, starting a family and have an amazing company.”

Tobey has also spoken about the importance of family and that he is already thinking about Ruby’s future.
