“Grey’s Anatomy” star Kate Walsh tied the knot this weekend with movie executive Alex Young, after a four-month engagement.

The 39-year-old actress married her fiancé of four months (and boyfriend of three months before that) Saturday, in Ojai, a town north of Los Angeles. The ceremony took place at the Ojai Presbyterian Church and a reception followed at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa's Spanish-style estate, Casa Elar.

The happy bride wore a custom-made wedding gown by Monique Lhuillier, accessorized with diamond and platinum earrings created by Neil Lane. The jeweler also designed the couple’s hand made wedding bands, according to People magazine.

The ceremony was intimate, with around 100 guests, among them, Kate’s former “Grey’s Anatomy” co-stars Sara Ramirez, Katherine Heigl and Chandra Wilson, as well as creator Shonda Rhimes. Kate Beckinsale and her husband, director Len Wiseman, also witnessed the exchange of vows between the two.

This is the first marriage for both Kate and Alex, who is a 20th Century Fox executive.

Kate Walsh rose to fame some two years ago, when ABC started airing the medical drama “Grey’s Anatomy,” where she played Dr. Addison Montgomery, the estranged wife of “Dr. McDreamy” (played by Patrick Dempsey).

It was announced earlier this year that Kate’s character would become the central figure in a spin-off series titled “Private Practice.” Kate’s co-stars will be Taye Diggs, Audra McDonald, Amy Brenneman and Chris Lowell. The show premieres Sept. 26.

The newlyweds have said nothing of their honeymoon, but Kate did share a bit of her preparing-for-the-weeding experience with Entertainment Tonight.

The actress confessed that she felt content with her life: “I'm living a very good dream.”

This however did not prevent her from turning into a bridezilla, even if only for a few minutes. “I had a fitting a few days ago, and who knew someone could get that hysterical about a bra!” Kate told ET last week.

“The sad part was there was a mirror there, so I had to see my face turn to stone, snakes coming out of my hair. It was bad. I can't believe I had a meltdown over a bra!”

With such a lovely wedding though, Kate must be happy about the whole experience now.
