Ozzy Osbourne in Hospital, Had Surgery
The famous British rocker Ozzy Osbourne has not been in good shape lately, as he has been suffered even a surgery procedure over the weekend. However, this has not seemed to affect the popular furious singer from continuing his latest tour, Ozzfest 2007. The surgery has been said to have taken place in the night of the 28th of July at the Rose Medical Center.

Although the health problem of the former Black Sabbath lead singer has not been made public, some televisions and reporters, such as NBC affiliate KUSA-TV, have said that the singer has undergone the surgery procedure for a blood clot at his leg. They have reported that Ozzy Osbourne has been complaining of leg pains for most of the day and that he has eventually undergone the procedure at the Rose Medical Center.

Ozzy Osbourne has gone to the hospital just after he finished that day’s show, which took place at the Coors Amphitheatre. Sharon Osbourne, his wife, is not traveling with him during this tour, so she could not be with her husband at the hospital. However, the artist has been released from the hospital early in Sunday’s morning and he has been said to be doing well.

Ozzy Osbourne is 58 years old and he is one of the most popular metal singers and TV stars.

The singer has released 13 albums during his 20-year career with Epic Records. He has also earned a Grammy Award at the Best Metal Performance category in 2000, as part of Black Sabbath for “Iron Man”.

Two year later, the rocker also won his star on the world-famous Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 2005, Ozzy entered the United Kingdom’s Hall of Fame and in 2006 he was inducted into the United States’ Rock and Roll Hall of Fame too, but as Black Sabbath’s member. Birmingham, his home town, has recently given its famous resident an honoring entrance on the town’s Walk of Stars.
