Liam Neeson to Play Lead Role in Fallout 3
Although Fallout 3 is still in development, Bethesda Softworks revealed that Liam Neeson, known for his roles in "Schindler's List," "Star Wars: Episode I," "The Chronicles of Narnia,", will lead the cast. Liam Neeson will provide voice work in Fallout 3 and he will play the role of father’s player.

"This role was written with Liam in mind, and provides the dramatic tone for the entire game," said Todd Howard, Executive Producer of Fallout 3. "Liam is absolutely amazing to work with."

Bethesda Softworks promised that will announce more details about Fallout 3 in the coming months.

In a short press statement, Neeson spoke about his opinion about its newest role. "It's been a pleasure bringing the father to life and working with the wonderfully talented people at Bethesda on Fallout 3," said Neeson. "I hope the fans of the franchise and the game will be excited by the results."

The original Fallout game was launched in 1997 by Interplay, and another title, Fallout 2, followed in 1998. The initial game was set in a post-apocalyptic future following a nuclear war that occurred on October 23, 2077. Last month, Bethesda Softworks acquired the Fallout’s license from Interplay.
