A Bahamian court judge has ordered on Tuesday a DNA paternity test on Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn, in order to verify Larry Birkhead's claims that he is her biological father.

It was reported that Stern complied on Wednesday morning, taking Dannielynn, who is in his custody as he's the legal father for now, to a local doctor's office. Birkhead was also there for DNA sampling. Stern doesn't need to test, because until proven otherwise, he's considered to be the father.

Virgie Arthur, Anna's estranged mother, said to The Sun: "Howard’s lies will soon be exposed to the world. He’s claimed time and again he is Dannielynn’s father when he has known he is not."

Both DNA samples have reportedly been sent to a Columbus, Ohio, specialized laboratory. The results of the sequencing could be back by the end of this week.
